MASALA

KOLHAPURI

VINDALOO

NILGIRI
Fleisch, Fisch oder Gemüse mit Korianderblättern, grüner Chili, Minze, Spinat, verschiedene Kräuter und Kokosmilch.
KORMA
Korma ist ein Mughlai-Gericht und bedeutet „geröstet”. Fleisch, Gemüse geröstet mit Zwiebeln, Ingwer, Knoblauch, Nelken, Kardamom, Koriander, Piment, Kreuzkümmel, Kurkuma, Chili, Rosinen in NuBsoBe, Kokosmilch und Mandeln.
BHUNA
In Gewürzen trocken braten. Fleisch oder Gemüse mit Tomaten, Zwiebeln, Knoblauch, Korionderpulver, frischem Koriander, Kreuzkümmel, Chili, Garammasala Bhuna means to fry in dry spices.
DIPS
Tamarinde in Süß-Sauer-Soße, Minze frische grüne Minze in Joghurt, Achari eingelegte Obst-/Gemüse-Mischung püriert, in Joghurt, mittelscharf.
